How am I billed? You are billed the first month payment up-front. This can be paid via credit card or visa or master card debit. You can also use a pre-paid credit card. After the first payment, you can continue to pay with auto payments using the same method that you signed up with, or you can change to manual billing through online banking. Will a technician come to install my services? When possible, we attempt to activate your services remotely using existing wiring that’s connected to your home or office.
