I have received my Eyesurf equipment. Now what?

Before plugging in your equipment, please wait until your scheduled activation date and time frame.

Note: All activations -- remote or not -- have a scheduled date & time frame. If you have not received this, please check your spam/junk folder for our email or contact us immediately._

If services will be activated remotely...

Wait until one hour after your time window and then plug in your equipment. For example, if your time window was 8am - 11am, you should wait until 12pm before plugging in your equipment

If services require an on-site appointment...

The technician will test activation while he/she is on site, and will confirm connectivity prior to leaving the appointment.
