How am I billed?

You are billed the first month payment up-front. This can be paid via credit card or visa or master card debit. You can also use a pre-paid credit card. After the first payment, you can continue to pay with auto payments using the same method that you signed up with, or you can change to manual billing through online banking.

Install and modem fees are free of charge, and there is no activation fee — your first invoice is simply your first month of service.
