What happens if I miss a payment? (Late payments and suspended service)

If a bill goes unpaid, your Eyesurf service can be suspended. Only a zero balance restores service — a partial payment brings the balance down but doesn't turn service back on. Once you've paid in full, allow up to one hour, then unplug your modem for about a minute and plug it back in so it re-syncs. You can pay 24/7 in the portal at https://www.eyesurf.net/myaccount/login or by calling 1-855-804-7873. If you can't pay the full amount, call us — a payment arrangement can protect your service.

What suspension means

While an account is suspended, your Eyesurf services are paused until the balance is cleared.

How to restore a suspended service

1. Pay the full outstanding balance. Only a zero balance restores service — partial payments help, but service stays off until the balance is cleared.
2. Pay 24/7 in the portal at www.eyesurf.net/myaccount/login or by calling 1-855-804-7873 — our automated assistant takes card payments any time.
3. Once the balance is cleared, allow up to 1 hour for the payment to be applied and your account to be reactivated.
4. If your internet isn't back after that, unplug your modem for about a minute and plug it back in — that lets it re-sync with your account.

Paid at your bank and still suspended?

Online-banking payments take 1–3 business days to reach us, so they're not the fastest way out of a suspension. If you need service back sooner, pay by card in the portal or by phone — or call us with your bank's payment confirmation details so the billing team can look into it.
