How do I log in to my Eyesurf account? (Customer portal help)

Log in to your Eyesurf customer portal at https://www.eyesurf.net/myaccount/login — that's the working link. If you typed my.eyesurf.net and your browser shows a "connection is not private" warning, don't click through the warning; close the page and use the full link instead. If you can't sign in, or the phone number or email on your account has changed so you can't verify your identity, call 1-855-804-7873 and we'll get you back into your account.

Logging in or registering

Sign in with your Eyesurf portal credentials.

If you never received portal credentials, can't remember your password, or the reset email never arrives (check your junk folder first), contact us — call 1-855-804-7873 or email support@eyesurf.net and we'll get your access sorted out.

Phone number or email changed and can't verify?

If the contact details on your account are out of date — for example, you no longer have the phone number we have on file — you won't be able to verify the usual way. One important distinction

Your portal password is for your Eyesurf account only — it isn't an email password.
