How do I set up email on my phone?

Your email comes from an email provider like Gmail, Outlook, or Yahoo — Eyesurf doesn't provide email addresses, so there are no Eyesurf mail settings to enter. That actually makes setup easier: modern providers configure your phone's mail app automatically. If you don't have an email address yet, see https://help.eyesurf.net/en/article/can-i-get-an-email-address-from-eyesurf-1qvwtu1/ first.

iPhone / iPad

1. Open Settings → Apps → Mail → Mail Accounts (on older iOS: Settings → Mail → Accounts).
2. Tap Add Account and choose your provider — Google for Gmail, Outlook.com, or Yahoo.
3. Sign in with your email address and password. The app sets everything up for you.

Android

1. Open the Gmail app → tap your profile picture → Add another account.
2. Choose your provider — Google, Outlook, Hotmail, and Live, or Yahoo.
3. Sign in with your email address and password.

If the app asks for "server settings"

That only happens when you pick the Other account type. Go back and choose your provider by name instead — the app then fills in all servers and ports itself. If you ever do need manual settings, they're on your provider's help pages:
