My internet is slow

Slow internet is super frustrating and we are here to help

If you are experiencing a slow connection, please always start with a reboot on the equipment. This means unplugging the equipment for 30 seconds and plugging it back in. Sometimes the equipment just needs to be reset.

If you are still having trouble after your reboot, lets investigate further...

Let's start by completing a speed test to see if the speeds you are getting match the subscription you are paying for.

If you are connecting wirelessly, let's take your wireless device close to the modem.

Navigate to www.speedtest.net and click GO. A speed test will begin.

Once the speed test is completed, let's compare the results of the test to the speeds on your invoice.

If the results on your speed test are not within 80% of the speeds you are paying for, lets try the following:

- Do a speed test on another device to make sure the device itself is not the problem
- Connect to the 5G WIFI network if available, as this will provide you with the fastest connection speeds
- Try testing on a device connected directly to the modem with ethernet to see if the issue is isolated to wireless speeds

If you are still experiencing troubles after trying the above, don't hesitate to reach out to us via phone or email
