How do I know my Vilo is connected to the Internet? What is my default WiFi login? I just received my Vilo. Now what? While setting up my Vilo on iOS, the QR code won't scan An app page is not loading during setup

If a page is not loading after a long time, the app has most likely frozen. 

After a few minutes of waiting, please exit the app and re-enter it again. Make sure you close the app completely and re-open it.

If this does not work, uninstall the app and download it again.
