What long-distance plans are available for home phone?

Eyesurf home phone has two long-distance add-on plans: Canada Wide, which covers long-distance calling within Canada, and Canada + US, which covers both Canada and the United States. Calls to other countries aren't part of either plan — international destinations are billed per minute at our posted international rates. To add a long-distance plan to your home phone, call 1-855-804-7873, ask on the chat at eyesurf.net, or email billing@eyesurf.net.


The two plans


  • Canada Wide — long-distance calling within Canada.
  • Canada + US — long-distance calling within Canada and to the United States.


Calling other countries


International destinations are billed per minute, plan or no plan. Rates vary by country — see the current list: What are your international rates?


If a call won't go through and you hear a "call not covered" message, see "Call not covered by tariff plan".


How to add a plan



The add-on is applied to your existing home phone service — no equipment change needed.
