How do I setup my phone with the Grandstream HT801?
Setting up the Grandstream HT801 can be done in by following the steps below:
Connect your phone to the green Phone port of the HT801 using a phone cable.
Connect your modem/router to the blue LAN port of the HT801 using a LAN/Ethernet cable.
Plug in the HT801 to the power using the provided AC adapter.
When all three LED lights on the HT801 are blue, your phone is now ready to use.
If you are using a modem that has both LAN/Ethernet and WAN/Internet ports, the HT801 should be connected to the LAN/Ethernet port of the modem and not the WAN/Internet port.
