How do I get BeaverTV?

To get BeaverTV you need Eyesurf internet at your address — the TV service runs over your internet connection, so it can't be purchased on its own. If you already have Eyesurf internet, or you're signing up for it, call 1-855-804-7873 or chat with us at eyesurf.net to add the TV Basics package. Your BeaverTV login is then emailed to you, and you download the free BeaverTV app on a Roku, Apple TV, Firestick, or Android/iOS device and sign in. A streaming device is not included, so you'll need your own.

Step 1: Have Eyesurf internet at your address

Eyesurf serves addresses in Ontario, Quebec, Nova Scotia, British Columbia, and Alberta. Within those provinces, availability is checked address by address — enter your address at https://www.eyesurf.net or call us to check. If Eyesurf internet isn't available at your address, BeaverTV isn't available there either.

Step 2: Add the TV Basics package

Call 1-855-804-7873 or use the chat at https://www.eyesurf.net and ask to add TV. Every BeaverTV subscription starts with TV Basics; add-on packs like sports and movies can be layered on top — see What channels does BeaverTV have? Packages and add-ons.

Step 3: Watch for your login email

Once TV is added to your account, we email you your BeaverTV username and password. Can't find the email? Check your spam folder, or contact support — after we verify your identity, we can re-send your credentials.

Step 4: Download the app and sign in

Search for "BeaverTV" in the app store on your Roku, Apple TV (4th gen or newer), Amazon Firestick, or Android/iOS phone or tablet, install it, and sign in with your emailed credentials. You can stream on up to 4 devices at once with the same login.
