How do I check my home phone voicemail?

Voicemail is included with your Eyesurf home phone service. You can check your messages from your own home phone, and you can also check them while you're away by calling your home number from any other phone or cell and entering your voicemail password. If you don't know your password or you're locked out, contact support at 1-855-804-7873 or support@eyesurf.net and we'll help you get back in.

Check your messages from home

1. Pick up your home phone and dial *98.
2. Enter your voicemail password.
3. Default password: the last four digits of your phone number, reversed. Example — if your number ends in 1234, the default password is 4321.

We recommend changing the default password the first time you use voicemail.

Check your messages from another phone or your cell

1. Call your own home phone number.
2. When voicemail answers, press #.
3. Enter your voicemail password.

Locked out or forgot your password?
