Can I keep my current number?

Yes, you can keep your current number.

In order to transfer your number to us, you will need to provide us with your Wireless Account Number as it appears on your current provider’s phone bill.

If you are transferring your number from Rogers, you will need to call them to leave authorization for Connex Global Communications to transfer the number. Rogers will provide you with a confirmation number (called an _Interaction ID_) which you will also need to provide to us in addition to your Wireless Account Number.
