My BeaverTV isn't working

I am a new customer to BeaverTV
First, you need to download the "BeaverTV" app on one of our supported devices (Roku, Firestick, or AppleTV). Search the apps section to find "BeaverTV" and click download or add channel.
Once downloaded, you will click "sign in" and will be prompted with a username & password screen. The username and password will need to come from us. If you haven't received this information in your email, give us a call or send us an email and we will provide you with your login details. Once you are logged in, you can start using your TV!
I am an existing **BeaverTV customer and my service stopped working**
If you are an existing customer and your BeaverTV stopped working, first try closing the BeaverTV app and re-opening it. If that doesn't resolve the issue, try rebooting your device (roku or firestick ok appleTV).
If you are stuck at the "fetching channels" screen, or the channels won't load, this usually indicates an issue or outage on BeaverTV's end. Please call us or send us an email to report this.
If you are experiencing issues with a single channel not loading, or a channel being out of sync, please report this to us so that we can have it rectified.
