# Is Eyesurf available at my address?

The quickest way to find out is to enter your full address — street number and name, city, and postal code — in the coverage check at eyesurf.net. You can also call 1-855-804-7873 or start a chat and give us your complete address with postal code, and we'll check it for you.

Go straight to the coverage check at https://www.eyesurf.net/check-coverage and enter your address. You'll see which plans are available at your location.

Call **1-855-804-7873** or use the chat on https://www.eyesurf.net. Have your **full address including the postal code** ready — a partial address (or a missing unit number) is the most common reason a check can't be completed.

## If your address needs a manual check

Some addresses can't be verified automatically. That doesn't necessarily mean we can't serve you — it just means a real person needs to take a look. Our sales team will verify your address and follow up with the plans available to you. If you reach us outside business hours, we'll take your details and sales will get back to you.

What's available varies by address: Eyesurf delivers service over **cable**, **DSL**, and **fibre in select areas**. Eyesurf residential service is available in **Ontario, Quebec, Nova Scotia, British Columbia, and Alberta**. Availability is address-by-address even within these provinces, so the coverage check is always the definitive answer.
