# I'm getting an error when I sign up online

If you get an error while signing up at eyesurf.net, don't worry — you can still get connected. First, try again and make sure your full address is entered exactly: street number and name, unit number if you have one, city, and postal code. A missing unit number or a typo in the postal code is the most common reason an order won't go through. If it still fails, call 1-855-804-7873 or start a chat on eyesurf.net — our sales team can complete any order by phone.

## 1. Double-check your address

Re-enter your address carefully, including the **postal code** and your **unit number** if you have one. If the address can't be confirmed automatically, it doesn't necessarily mean we can't serve you — it may just need a manual check by our sales team.
