# Can I use my own modem or router?

Yes, you can use your own modem as long as it is currently not active with another provider. We must also ensure that the modem is compatible on our network. To find out if your modem is compatible, please send us an email to support@eyesurf.net.

You can also connect your own router to our modem if you would like.

Keep in mind, we provide a free modem/router rental with all of our services.
