Will a technician come to install my services?

When possible, we attempt to activate your services remotely using existing wiring that’s connected to your home or office. 

If this is the case, you can simply plug in your Eyesurf modem on your scheduled activation date and services should begin working seamlessly. 

If remote activation is not possible, we will dispatch a technician to ensure successful activation of your services. 

You will be notified if this is the case.
