While setting up my Vilo on iOS, the QR code won't scan

Note: QR code scanning only works on iOS. If you are using Android, you will need to manually connect.

1. The QR code is located on the bottom of the Vilo.

2. Make sure there is enough lighting around the QR code.

3. Hold the phone still.

4. Wait a bit longer and allow the app ample time to scan and process the QR code.

5. Try manually connecting to Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi password is at the bottom of the Vilo.
