I received my eSIM. Now what?

Follow the steps below depending on whether you had requested a new number or are transferring your current number

If you had requested a new number...

1. Add the eSIM to your device.

2. Remove your previous SIM card

3. That's it! Allow your phone a few minutes to connect to the network. If you do not have network connectivity in over 5 minutes, you may need to reboot your device.

If you are transferring your number...

1. Do not remove your old SIM card yet. Within 24 business hours, you will receive a text message requesting to confirm your port. Follow the instructions and respond to the SMS to authorize the port. You must respond within 90 minutes of receiving the SMS otherwise the port will automatically fail.

2. Once completed, your current SIM will lose signal shortly after. Once this happens, add the eSIM to your device.

3. That's it! Allow your phone a few minutes to connect to the network. If you do not have network connectivity in over 5 minutes, you may need to reboot your device.

Note: Number transfers are processed between 9 AM EST - 9 PM EST and typically take 1-2 hours to complete. Please keep this in mind and prepare for it. If you attempt to activate outside of these ours, your request will be delayed until the next morning.
